Great idea! My goal is to MAINTAIN a healthy weight of 135 pounds.
Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out with my trainer for an hour. I told her about the WW thing and she said it was a good idea for me-I can track everything online instead of tedious "food journaling", which I never keep up with.
So far this morning I had a "meal replacement bar" (bleah!) and a big glass of water. I have to say that the WW online thing is great. I was startled to learn that the "healthy" meal replacement bars are 9 POINTS! It's not even that tasty~no more of those for me.
Wow~ I'm happy that we have so many folks here to stay motivated with! Good luck everyone!
