Could this be you?(picture)
James Franklin Chapman(4/3/60) born in Catawba County, NC. Left in Texas in 1971. His birth certificate was pulled on 6/27/73. He had a younger brother, Jimmy Wayne Chapman (born in SC in the early months of 1965) that was left in Texas also. We believe they were left in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
