We did...
It normally would have taken a week or less for us to get approval to leave the state, however relinquishment was signed the day before the courts and everything else shut down for the Christmas holidays! Fortunately our agency was able to get the judge to sign the relinquishment papers before they closed down...otherwise the judgement wouldn't have been made until the courts opened again after New Years (2 weeks later). However, since everything was closed for the holidays we weren't able to get approval to leave the state until after the holidays. We were there for 3 weeks.
