Hello we are actually stationed above you in Altus, Ok. We have finally been placed with a 2 year old child this month. We have found that there are some unique challenges to being in the military and adopting. Which part of texas are you in? We know a couple stationed in San Antonio who have adopted to children as babies and their boys are in the 4th grade now.
