Looking for birth mother for medical information

I would like to find out any information at all about my mother. I am having some medical problem's and since I have 4 children, I think it's time I tried to do everything I can to get this history. I have a daughter that i don't like giving an uncertain future to. Their is no pressure for any unwanted correspondence on your part.
