Personally I would go about checking the laws out reguarding the fact that you have native american in you. I'm not positive but I believe your records can be opened through the court because of this. I am petitioning the courts now. I found a lady named Bonnie Soleki off of a web site named givenright.com. She is in the links. Also you can probably find some of the laws in the links also.
