My name is Holly and my dh and I are home study ready and have applied with 2 agencies.
We a seeking infant girl or boy for our first child and will probably opt for international adoption for subsequent kids. We want to parent an infant first.
We have done the infertility thing for about 5 years and finally decided ENOUGH!!!

August 2004 --decision to adopt
Sept. 7, 2004 --contracted for homestudy
Sept 19, 2004 -- 1st home visit
Oct. 10, 2004 -- 2nd home visit
Nov. 10 -- Home study in finalization
Nov. 17 -- Contracted with 2 agencies---WAITING!!!
Nov. 26 -- pregnant --How did that happen????
Dec. 21 -- no heartbeat, Miscarriage, heartbroken
Aug. 10 -- matched with birthmom, baby boy due
Oct. 2005!!! 
Sept. 16 -- Failed adoption, baby born, Bio-mom
decides to parent -- waiting again...
