We have two grown children and are ready to do it all again. We are having gret difficulty choosing a Country. Did any of you have such a time deciding? We have to decide to get started on our 1-600A and our homestudy. Our greatest concern are health issues. Do the Russian Children have bigger health issues? And if you would give us your imput on the agency that worked best for you. We are looking at one from OH. We live in Ca. Thank you for any help. I go back and forth each day with trying to decide which Country would be best for us.
