I totally agree with Lisa..most women do not produce more than drops with the pumping/herbs route ahead of time..the baby nursing with the Lact-aid will help your supply the most..some go on to make 1/3 to 1/2 of the milk supply just with the Lact-aid.. if you add domperidone..it can be 1/2 to 3/4 supply ..and the NG protocol is 3/4 to full supply...though everyone is different! Remember..there is more to nursing than milk! The bonding and closeness is so important ..you can pump..but like Lisa said..you dont have to...just put the baby to the breast with the Lact-aid and you will be fine!
