I was born in Germany in 1968. Adopted out of an orphanage by American military couple. ( Wonderful parents!!) I have talked to my birth mother twice. She doesn't want any contact with me or my brother. ( We were adopted together.) She did tell me there was an older sister. Any ideas on how to find info on her?
