Buy the Russian Adoption Handbook!!! I just cant recommend this enough. It is the one tool you will use over and over.
I actually pulled out pages regarding questions to ask at the orphanage and developmental milestones and took them with me trip one.
It's a great resource. (I honestly should be getting commissions on this book by now! I've recommended it often enough!
