KeKe and Brandi,
My name is Danielle, and I am 19, I placed my beautiful baby boy for adoption four years ago. Although it was hard, I felt like you did KeKe, I knew the a-parents before I placed him and I was comforted by the fact that I knew how much they loved him before he was even born.
KeKe, my story sounds alot like yours.
I didn't accept that I was pregnant until I was 6 months pregnant, and for some unknown reason adoption came to mind! I went through an angency and found a wonderful, loving couple. We talked on the phone , met for dinner, and wrote emails all the time! I had a long and terrible delivery. I was in labor for over two days straight and had a regular delivery. As soon as I had my son, his aparents came to the hosptial to celebrate with me and my family. I was able to stay in the hosptial for 5 days because it was an adoption, and every day the aparents came up and we just talked and spent time together.
Since then, we have all grown very close, and I usually visit 2 or 3 times a month. We live in the same city so it is easy for us to see eachother!
Brandi , I hope everything goes well, and just remember although it may be hard at times, in the end your little girl will have a wonderful life, and she will always know you love her!
