looking for sister
Hi Wendy,
My name is Lisa. I live in Oshkosh. I am trying to locate my sister who was born in 1966. Our mother just passed away almost 2 years ago and I have heard that there is no way to find my sister through any records. When my mom was alive, we were at the hospital where my sister was born and we filled out some paper work, but the hospital said they dont have any record of her birth. My mom had told me that she had no idea who took my sister after my mom signed papers. I really would love to find her. She was born, 12-18-66, one month, one day and one year after me. Could you let me know what you think of the situation? Thank you for any help you could give me....
