Okay Linda I did some searching on FamilySearch.com and found:

They also have a death for Donald Binney Baker born 1925 and it lists his parents.
You might want to check this out. With the date of death for Gerald you might be able to find an obit in a local paper, if you do not live in CA maybe one of the librarians would look it up for you, it might lists his siblings.
I hope this helps. I have tried "breaking into" ancestry.com but I can not find any expanded info on Donald Binney Baker.
If I make it to the library in the next couple of days I will look it up for you.
