Born in Harvey (or so I am told by my adoptive mother) and placed for adoption at the Illinois Children's Home and Aid Society. Born 11/22/1976, or this could have been altered by the adoption agency. I have no other info to go on. If this sounds familiar to anyone PLEASE let me know.
