My DH & I adopted through Utah where the bmom can sign 24 hours after the birth of the baby and it is irrevokable in all states. The bfather can sign before the baby is born. It is a very adoption friendly state. We stayed 10 days for ICPC and have recently finalized. Our DS is 8.5 months old now. You can PM me if you want further info.b
