Looking for agencies in adoption friendly states
I am looking for adoption agencies in states where the amount of time the birth parents have to reverse the adoption (they choose to parent) is only a few days (I had a bad experience with a mother who changed her mind). Could you please PM me with your suggestions? Thanks!
