I'm here, helping my boyfriend find his older brother that was put up for adoption by his mom before he was even born & had a chance to meet his brother.
Now that he is 20, he hopes to find & be able to meet his biological older brother.
My boyfriend's brother was born on March 28th 1979
in Malone Hospital
under the name Russell James Smith

Should my boyfriend try actually contacting the Catholic Charity of Malone, NY - or would it be better if his mom (the adopted son's birth mother as well) contacted them? Would she be the only one that would be able to get any info on Russell?
