Paternity of Adopted child

Hi, I have a legal question. I recently adopted a baby that had been in my home since he was 7 months old. A month after finalizing his adoption, his bio-brother was born and he was placed in our home at 5 days old. The birth mom claims that the boys have the same father but, because it's such a small world, I received information that the birth mother had a relationship with another man while dating the claimed birth father. My little boys do look alike but their coloring is completely opposite. My concern is, does anyone have any information about adoptions being overturned because the real birth father comes forward and wants custody? Of course, I am very worried about this. I couldn't deal with my child being taken away from me and just because the proper birth father was not notified of the pending adoption. A DYFS worker said that once an adoption is final in NJ, that's it. But I'm still worried. Any info/comfort anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
