How to find birth parent? Born 10-5-82
Hello,
I am looking to find the birth parent(s) of my husband, James. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 5, 1982. He is a white male. We think his adoption was handled through Catholic Charities. How can we find the name of his birth mother? Catholic Charities will only give out the non-identifying information, I think. Can we have a lawyer open the file? We are in Louisiana, so would our lawyer be able to access/petiton Maryland courts for opening the files? Thanks.
