Kerry, Your story is awesome; thanks for sharing it. We had a similar experience upon meeting the second expectant mother with whom we were matched. We had chosen a fairly obscure Thai name for our future child; my husband is Thai. We traveled a very long distance to meet with her in this very very small, not diverse town. After our meeting, we drove through town and stopped at an antique store. As we exited our car, we looked up to see a Thai restaurant with the name - the first and middle name that we had chosen months before. We had chills and took a photo of the sign.

That match was not to be; however, shortly thereafter our perfect newborn daughter arrived. She is now two and has that Thai name.

Best of luck on your journey.
