THanks so much for your quick response. THis is what our local social worker has stated but someone in Columbus who was called by the social agency worker from CA gave different information. IT must be as our social worker said, that whomever she spoke to there was not up on the current state regulations. I appreciate your thoughts on this. I will sleep better knowing this. Thanks again!
