We were thinking about twins too. We spoke to our agency about it and what they told us is that twins are very few and far between. They suggested get the approvals needed for twins, but word everything kind of like "you are more than willing to accept twins, but would be extremly happy with a placement of just one baby". They said that if you do request "twins" that it may delay the process for you and that after let's say a couple of months extra wait, that you can not just "change your mind" and say, ok now we would just be happy with one. They said China does not look favorable on the changing of the mind. I would check with your agency to see what they say, but that is what we were told.
