You can get approved for twins by your homestudy and by our government but that does not guarentee twins. It is up to China and what children are avaible when you are matched. I have heard different stats 1 in 300 or 1 in 600 adoptions are sets of twins. Basicly of all the 10,000 or so adoptions there are less than 100 sets of twins in the US. But that dose not mean it couldn't be you. Not everyone gets approved for twins so that step increasses your odds. We are approved for twins but are waiting to see.
