I contacted FIA directly in Bloomfield Hills the main office, I was told to check their site
www.mare.org I learned though there are not alot of infants through the state to adopt. If you are looking for an infant it is best to look out of state or become a foster and then hopefully you will receive an infant that is up for adoption.
