Did they give you a reason for denying access? Why keep these records sealed? I don't understand the motivation. It almost seems unconstituional, or maybe I'm overreacting.... I still have yet to send my letter, hopefully the judge here is more leniant? It seems unneccisarily cruel to deny access if an adult is seeking this information.
