Unfortunately we are having the same problem.( not receiving phone calls back) We had a very high profile case and it is still going on just not as actively. I can not get my caseworker or her supervisor to call us back. We need a copy of the court order prevent any contact from birth family plus copies of the restraining orders. I called to inform them the birth family has been driving by our home as well as stopped and confronted us on several occasions. I must say when it was FCP we received calls back with in 24 hours as required. We understand they are still ironing out all the kinks but they need to get on the ball. Good luck to all. Oh by the way I must give the home coordinators at pat on the back when Charley was approaching the contacted all the families to insure they had some where to go as well as supplies.
