Some firstmoms are horrified at the thought of amom breastfeeding and others think its wonderful (I'm one of the latter-Kara's mom wanted to breastfeed, but wasnt sure how to go about it) I think if that's your plan you should let the bmom know so she can get comfortable with it. She might be pretty shocked if you started breastfeeding in the hospital and she wasnt prepared for it. (assuming you're there in the hospital with her)
