Original Birth Certificate??
Do you have your original Birth Certificate? Did you know if you were adopted before Jan 1, 1964 that you can fill out an affadavit and send to Columbus and get your original BC as well as your adoption file?

If you need that info let us know and we will send a copy of the Affadavit...OK?
