Seeking any advice about adopting ward of state (toddlers) in Michigan.
We have a 3 yr old son whom we were blessed with through Adoption Associates; we would like to adopt a child younger than him. We have contacted Spectrum Human Services and the next step is to update our homestudy.
Please offer any suggestions before we go in head first.
