fos-adopt
So, I have read about fos-adopt and have read all of your comments. My question is: has anyone specified with the agency that they are working with that they will only take a child who is "free to adopt"? I know of someone who did recently and by luck received their child almost immediately. I know that this situation was probably a very rare one, and I am not concerned with that for myself. I just would like to know if it happens.
