I am a foster kid too, i know how hard we can be on foster parents. I am also a christian teen. as is my foster family. There is only one thing you need to do to help her, support her. If she is down help her back up. You may not have the strength to, but God does. Just keep praying, for her, for you, for your family, for her family. God's will will set things right, in ways you could never imagine.
