This is an easy one Our adopted children call their birth grandparents by their titles...Grandma & Papa are one set, Mamma & Grandpa is the other & Grandma & Grandpa are the other set.

Even our biological children call the Grandparents their titles. With 5 children, the kids have LOTS of Grandparents!!! LOL
