Good luck. I too am going through ICPC from Oregon to Montana. It has been almost 2 weeks since I first talked to Oregon. I have talked to Montana and have receive the paperwork. fingerprinting, getting my other 3 kids shots records recorded, ect.. I have yet to hear anything back.
From my brief experience I have noticed and read this all takes some time. Hang in there.!!
