First of all would like to say I too am from Jacksonville,Fl. and I and my husband are foster parents. We are living in Hawaii at this time but plan to continute to foster once we return to the mainland. Thank you for your words of encouragement. As an aa women, I feel that we need to continute to help our children that are out there in the system, and by saying our children I don't mean just our race I mean all the children.
