I had some questions pertaining to Adoption Ark.

Does anyone know how much their adoptions usually run for Kazkakhstan?

Also, I got a reply today (which I was excited to get) that said I would need to find a "sensitive" agency to do my homestudy. Any idea why I may need a sensitive agency? Is it very hard to get approved? How long does the initial meeting for the homestudy last?
