I have been working on this for a few months now and this is what I have done:

1. Sent letters to family and friends - not a single response - some people who I sent it to wont even talk or look at me anymore - someone advised me they are embarrassed - I am not sure.

2. Started my own foundation and am doing fundraising a few ways:
a. Letters to businesses asking for sponsorship of foundation
b. Letters asking for dontations for an upcoming raffle
c. Info on foundation website where anyone could make a donation.
(PM me for my website it lists some links to do this on your own)

3. Selling things on eBay. When it comes right down to it, somethings arent as important as they once were.

4. I have applied for Grants but have either been turned down or havent heard yet. I do advise being warry of any entitiy who wants a large some of money or information as part of your grant application.

5. Am cutting back on spending.
