Hi I'm Blanca , from Az. !! I'm new to this site, and well I'm just all around new and would like to make some friends here, I'd like to find out the first thing I'd should do to adopt. I've been thinking about adopting now for many years . Yes , I'd like to start as a foster parent , if that is recomended ? How does one get started ?
