What type of adoption are you interested in? Waiting/special needs, domestic american infant, international, fost/adopt?
In MN. most agencies have strict rules for american infant and international adoptions ( depending on which country ) as for length of marriage.
First decide what type of adoption you're seeking and then call agencies for info and attend orientation meetings. Hope this helps, best of luck and please keep us posted.
