I find it very interesting that you could not find anything to refute what she says but you are completely unwilling to believe it. There are 2 counties in MI where literally 50% of the children in the county are under the care of the state. These are low population counties. These figures come from the federal DHHS website. This is where figures come from but if you want to refute the federal governments figures be my guest.
