I am looking for any birth relatives. I was born in Murray, Utah at the Cottonwood Maternity Hospital on July 16, 1962. My adoption was handled by the L.D.S. Relief Society (now L.D.S. Family Services.) Final adoption decree was signed in September 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah. I need my medical history because both of my children have the same genetic disorder.
