Hi, again. I started posting on this site a while ago about my dh adopting my dd. We went to court, and the bio dad's rights were terminated, and the adoption was granted. This was more than two mo. ago. Now, I am getting phone calls from bio dad's family, saying that he had no idea he had to be at court. I'm confused and was wondering if he can have things changed? We went through a very good and well respected attorney and the bailiff stated in the court room that bio dad had been served and notified to be in court. We've already gotten the new birth certificate and I am afraid he can drag this back to court and turn her life upside down again. Thanks for listening!
