You're right, your chances are very low, but why not just get an over-the-counter pregnancy test if you don't want to go to the doctor or a clinic? IMO there's no chance you've been pregnant since December -- "quickening," the first feelings of movement, happens in the fourth month. To get pregnant in one of the indirect ways you describe would be very unlikely, but I guess it might be possible, and you're right that you can have a period after you're pregnant. I did with my first pregnancy.

I never had morning sickness, but people I know who did had it in the morning, not all the time.
