Thank you! I just was on the AASK sight today! We live in Anthem, Arizona...I saw all of their schedules regarding orientation and the process. I dont understand the difference of adopting a child through an agency or through the state..The fees say legally free, but for an agency they are much higher..Is there a way to adopt without an agency?
