just an idea...
Use a small box like a jewelry box.
Take some fabric from a baby blanket and wrap it.
Tie a ribbon with a bow around it.
Attach this poem with it:
This is a very special gift,
That you can never see.
The reason it's so special is,
It's just for you and me.
You can never unwrap it,
Please leave the ribbon tied.
Just hold it close to your heart,
It's filled with love inside.
