I have found this forum to be a great support. I would encourage you to look for an adoption support group in your area. How did you adopt your daughter, meaning through an agency, lawyer, international, state? Do you have any friends that have adopted? Since the adoption of our 2 youngest, we have become friends with families we've met through our agency. Kind of forming our own support group, I guess. Hope this helps a bit.
