I was born on August 26, 1954 in Bremen, Germany and my birth mother's name was Regina Elfriede Bänder and her birth date is September 21, 1937. Her address at that time was No.15 Vahrer Strasse in Bremen. Last known town was Düsseldorf. The adoption Department of the Youth Office in Bremen handled this adoption under file reference EM.54/5.13. My birth name was Gudrun Ingeborg Ursala Bänder, later changed to Pam and was adopted by an American Air Force family with the name of Slayter from Louisiana. I would really like to find birth mother or family. I have an aunt younger than myself whose name is Cornelia Busch (born Feb 1955) and my grandmother's name is Fran Busch. I think I might have two uncles or male relatives in Efurt, Germany. Father unknown. If anyone has any information on the wherabouts of any of these family members please contact me.
