I would definitely contact their caseworker who will contact your caseworker probably the same day. Their worker is trying to get the kids placed and has the greater incintive to get the ball rolling.
It sounds like you are moving at the usual pace. It took us 6 months from the time we started classes until the time we were matched with our kids.
Try not to freak out. When you get the kids you are meant to have, you will know why everything worked out the way it did.
