If you are looking to adopt an Asian child, a good country to consider is Kazakhstan. It has Caucasian, Asian, and biracial Caucasian/Asian children available. The only drawback is that a fairly long stay in the country is sometimes necessary.
Another possibility is Thailand, though there are not too many agencies working there and the waits can be a bit long.
