Samoa Anybody?

Hello. I am posting for a friend of mine who has signed up to adopt from Samoa. Are there any other families who are adopting from Samoa or know of any list serves where those adopting from Samoa can congregate?
We are adopting from Bulgaria, so I cannot help this family out.
Any responses - public, private - are appreciated. I don't want this family to feel alone during their adoption journey.
